Ingredients
1 measure Irish whiskey
Hot filter coffee
Lightly whipped cream
Ground coffee, to decorate
How to
Put the bar spoon into a large coffee glass. Add your choice of whiskey, top up with coffee and stir.
Heat the cream very slightly and pour it into the bowl of the bar spoon resting on top of the coffee to a good float.
Decorate with a sprinkling of ground coffee and serve
